Professional Learning Community

Norwich City School District is embarking on becoming a Professional Learning Community. This process occurs in an intentionally collaborative format as teachers ask and answer the 4 questions:

  1. What is it that we want all students to learn?

  2. How will we know they’ve learned it?

  3. How will we respond when students haven’t learned?

  4. How will we respond when students have already learned?
