To all of our stargazers out there in Perry Browne science: On the evening of Jan. 21, until Jan. 25, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Venus and Saturn will align in the sky. Of these six planets, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn will be visible to the naked eye. To see Neptune and Uranus, you’ll need high-powered binoculars or a telescope. For the best view, make sure there are no tall buildings or high mountains around. (Image from Farmers Almanac)

Fifth grade Perry Browne science students have been busy working together on explaining things they cannot see. They have been discussing and building models to solve problems and rethinking. It has been a challenge but also a lot of great conversation.
