Our very own Norwich Middle School has received recognition from PLTW as a 2024-25 Distinguished Gateway School, which recognizes schools across the U.S. for their efforts to provide broad access to transformative learning experiences for students through PLTW Gateway programs, a grade 6-8 STEM curriculum. #PLTW #STEM #STEMeducation. Science students explored the new steam park legos at Gibson. They had a chance to create and explore the new sets!
Third grade STEAM students have been hard at work coding. They are coding something really special for this unit. LEGOs! What fun they are having exploring light sensors, LEDs and motors and taking on challenges trying to incorporate theme park rides that can be accessible to handicapped students.

Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Just inside the District Office doors
We'll have a variety of plants available including vegetables, herbs, and houseplants! 🌱 Check out the flyer below for pricing and a full list of what's available.

Fifth grade science students have been discussing human, plant and animal body systems. This week students were able to use microscopes in class to get a better look at some of the structures of plants and animals.
Norwich High School hosted their Junior Prom "A Night In Rio" this weekend!
