Second grade scientists used their engineering skills to create a structure that would help to prevent erosion on a creek bank. They have learned how earth materials can be used in building structures.

Supporting children's literacy at home is a big job. We want to help.
Join us for workshops, watch videos, and get book recommendations.
This series will help support the literacy development of your children outside of school. These workshops will provide you essential tips, suggestions, and ideas of ways to work with your child outside of school to become powerful and life-long readers and writers. There will be offerings 1-2 times a month and will range in focus from grades PreK - 8.
We look forward to having you be a part of our learning community and learning about what you most need to support your families!

Our classes had the best time at Critz Farm and Wolf Mountain this Fall! We learned about wolf conservation and animal habitats. We practiced teamwork and problem solving in the corn maze!

First grade science students observe clouds and try to determine which type of clouds are in the sky! It was a great day for cloud watching.
In First Grade, we wrote about all the things we love about fall. We also made friendly scarecrows and read poems about scarecrows and all things fall!
