High School Technology.
Draft & Design classes this week completed work on Isometric Sketching. Once again, some great sketches were produced and students’ have equipped themselves with a useful new skill. We now move on to looking at technical drawings in more detail and also researching STEAM careers in the local area using online resources.

High School Drone Aviation.
We took advantage of some good weather this week to get two consecutive days of outside flying. Focus was on basic flight controls, including take-off and landing. We also practiced pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight safety and risk management procedures. The Drone Aviation course balances knowledge and practical flying. Fun, relevant and responsible drone flying here at the High School!

Norwich City Schools is pleased to announce that for the 2022-2023 school year, the district will continue to provide school meals (breakfast and lunch) to ALL students at no cost. This is made possible through the Federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). We do ask all families to complete the Eligibility Form linked below which is an essential tool that helps us to ensure the district continues to receive its fair share of state aid revenue.
