Attention Veterans: Our annual parade at Perry Browne has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 12th! Join us for breakfast treats at 8:30 a.m., followed by a special performance by the PB Chorus. The parade will begin at 9:00 a.m. We hope to see you there!
Mr. Ziemann and Ms. Gyles' classes were very scientific with our apple tasting last week. We did some observations of each kind of apple and finally got to taste them! Gala and Granny Smith were our favorites!

As of today, we have collected $2,828.00 between Gibson Primary and Perry Browne Intermediate schools. This includes donations from our families, colleagues and students.
This total, with SFCU's additional donation brings us to a total of $3,328.00!

A certified check will be mailed this afternoon to North Carolina Foundation for Public School Children (NCAE) in Raleigh NC and the funds will then be distributed to Western North Carolina Schools.

In observance of Veterans Day, students from Norwich Middle School visited multiple monuments located in East and West Side Parks in downtown Norwich. During their visit, students explored the historical significance of several conflicts, spanning from the American Revolution to Operation Desert Storm. They had the opportunity to reflect on the names of individuals who served and sacrificed their lives for the country, fostering a deeper appreciation for those who dedicated themselves to national service. Additionally, students were encouraged to attend the Veterans Day ceremony in downtown Norwich on Monday at 11:00 a.m. To round out their experience, they took a brief tour of the Chenango County Courthouse, further enriching their understanding of local history and civic institutions.
