Norwich City Schools will be hosting a NYSSMA Solo Evaluation Festival on May 8-9 at the High School. The New York State School Music Association sponsors festivals around the state where students perform a vocal or instrumental solo and receive a grade and comments from a certified adjudicator. We will be hosting approximately 1250 students from our own district as well as those from nearly 50 neighboring schools.
In order for this event to be successful, many volunteers are needed. No musical knowledge is necessary! If you would like to help out, please fill out the google form below no later than this Friday (May 1st). We are especially in need of volunteers in the following shifts:
All shifts: NYSSMA Office (Must be able to commit to an entire day for this job)
Friday All, Saturday PM : Volunteer Table
Friday PM: Vocal Hallway Monitor
