Just a friendly reminder to check out the fundraiser the NHS Junior Class is running with Scholastic Sports Sales to help raise money for their after prom party. Students who attend the after prom party enjoy an evening of games, dancing, food, prizes, and live entertainment in a safe, fun, and substance-free environment. A portion of all the sales will go toward funding this worthy event! There are some really great items for sale! The digital store front closes on Tuesday, April 23rd at 11:59 AM. Something is cooking up in the science room at Gibson! Can you guess what it is?
Spanish students had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic last week. We visited the oldest Cathedral in the western hemisphere, critically examed Columbus' legacy from the Dominican perspective, participated in a variety of cultural workshops, went white water rafting, had a surfing lesson, and saw some local fish up close while snorkelling. Keep an eye out for information about our next travel opportunity in 2026!
STAY AND PLAY ANNOUNCEMENT! Please be patient with our bus drivers, they are learning new kids and new routes, and working hard to ensure kids get home safe. Additionally, reminder we will not have Stay and Play this Thursday (4/18) or Monday (4/22) due to caregiver conferences.
