High School Technology.
The Drone Aviation class spent time in the High School Auditorium this week, flying indoor drones to practice their skills. The focus has been on precision flying and controlling the drone safely and competently. We've had thrills, spills but mostly a massive improvement in the students' flying skills. Indoor flying will be a critical activity during this course, especially during the Winter months. Well done, Dronestars!

High School Technology.
The Construction Systems course this week learned about Wood Frame Systems and Roof Systems for residential buildings. Students then chose a roof style, and worked in groups to build a sectional model, showing the main roof components. Some excellent models were produced, including Slope and Gambrel style roofs!
