Beauty and the Beast opens tonight at the High School Auditorium. Shows are Friday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 3:00 PM. Come out and support these amazing students as they put on an outstanding show for your enjoyment.
The show is free, but we ask that you bring three canned goods to the show as the kids are collecting donations for local organizations.
We hope to see you at the show!!

Earth Science students learned about soils this week. The students first researched soil horizons and then created one using various types of food. Next, students explored types of soils based on the particles in their soil sample. Soil samples were made with skittles, smarties and chocolate chips which simulated sand, silt and clay. Once students found the percentages of each particle in their sample, they used a Soil Texture triangle to determine their type of soil. Finally, students used a USDA Web Soil Survey to determine the type of soil at their house and then created a soil profile from their data.

🎶 Recorder Karate is all the rage at Perry Browne with the 3rd graders. Barring students that may have been absent, EVERYONE in 3rd grade can play “Hot Cross Buns” and has earned their White belt. Ms. Clark is very proud of all of her Recorder Karate students in the PB dojo. 🎶



Thanksgiving lunch today was served by Mr. Devine and Mrs. Powers. We are so thankful for our kids and all their hard work.



Reminder Perry Browne Families - this Thursday, Nov. 17th our students will be traveling by bus to Norwich High School to see the Middle School performance of The Beauty and The Beast. We look forward to the students having a wonderful experience.

Today is a Purple Day!


NCSD’s production of Beauty and the Beast Jr. will be on full display Friday 11/18 at 7:00 and Saturday 11/19 at 3:00 in the NHS Auditorium.
Admission is free, no tickets necessary, a donation of shelf-stable food is appreciated
Run time is around 75 minutes. Doors will open 45 minutes before the show and the auditorium will open 30 minutes before the show.
Come support the cast and crew as they bring this Disney classic to life!

On Thursday. Norwich 8th Grade students visited East and West Side Parks to see the monumehts to get a better understanding of the sacrifices made by our Veterans.




Friday the 8th grade students explored East and West Park to learn about the veterans that served our country from Norwich.



National Junior Honor Society helped to pack food in bags for our School Backpack program.
