The Purple Tornado Coffee Shop is a highlight to our week! Students love to experience project based learning in running the coffee shop: from baking to preparing coffee and cocoa, running the cash register, making change, shopping to replenish supplies, delivering orders to staff, and maintaining the serving areas!
