High School Technology:
The Aerospace Engineering class have been designing and building rockets! This project requires students to learn the basics of rocketry, including aerodynamic forces and propulsion, use software to design a rocket to fly as high as possible, and then build the rocket in small teams. Students finished building their rockets today and then conducted a swing test to check them for stability. Rockets are ready for launch and as soon as we get some friendly weather, we will be heading outside to test them, hopefully multiple times!

High School Technology:
The Design and Drawing for Production (DDP) class have just started the woodworking module of the course. As a short introduction, students worked in small teams to build birdhouses, learning some basic woodworking skills while also following instructions safely and correctly! Once lucky student from each team even got to take the birdhouse home!

High School Technology:
It's wooden cutting board project time for the DDP class! We have lumber and students have some great design ideas for their projects. More to follow once the cutting boards start coming to life!

Congratulations to this year's recipient of the Dr. Mary Paul & Dr. Henry Paul Memorial Scholarship for outstanding achievement in Science. Jacob Potter, his family, and his teacher, Allison Locke, attended the American Chemical Society Binghamton Section
Awards Dinner in Binghamton. Congratulations, Jacob!

High School Technology:
The Drone Aviation class has been busy honing their indoor flying skills this Winter! The Auditorium is a great place to do this! Students have learned the basics of drone flying, as well as the knowledge required to take their FAA Part 107 exam, which will qualify them to fly drones commercially, now or in the future. We are now eagerly waiting some good weather, so students can start flying outside and honing their flying, photography, and videography skills while working with some more sophisticated drones and associated technology.

📊 March Attendance for Grades 6-12.
We’re proud of the students who showed up and powered through the month! 🙌 But with the final quarter here, it’s more important than ever to stay on track.
👉 The goal: No more than 2 absences per month.
Showing up every day builds momentum, confidence, and growth—especially as we head toward the finish line.
Let’s make these last months count. We’re in this together! 💥
