Teacher-leaders, staff members, and district leaders collaborated to reflect on our results from the 22-23 school year, and name goals and action steps for the 23-24 school year. During our strategic planning sessions, each building team created a plan to work toward achieving our three district goals, which are strengthening our professional learning community, improving student attendance, and increasing student achievement.
