We started our Stay and Play journey with Fairy Lantern Jars featuring our favorite animals. Thinking about these things, made us wonder about how animals build the homes they live in. We read: If Animals Built Your House by Bill Wise and Rebecca Evans. Then we built our own nests with items found by our school playground. We look forward to engaging in more activities and staying to play (and learn)!

Third graders are studying how to write an adapted Fairy Tale by using mentor texts.
