2021 Capital Improvement Project
The Norwich City School District Board of Education approved a $35 million capital project, which will be put before voters on November 19, 2021. The project will make improvements in several priority areas which can be broken down into three primary categories; 1) Educational Space, 2) Sitework and 3) Infrastructure. These capital improvements will improve learning opportunities, enhance safety for students and staff, and replace aging and failing infrastructure.
