Voting Information
   
Residents of the school district who voted at the Preston or Plymouth Firehouse; and St. Bartholomew’s Parish Center will now vote at the Norwich City School’s District Office Conference Room. 

In order to vote, a person must fulfill all of the following requirements: 

Voter Qualifications:


  • U.S. Citizen
  • 18 years of age
  • Resident of the NCSD for at least 30 days prior to the vote
  • Not otherwise disqualified to vote by law
Military voters who are not currently registered may apply to register as a qualified voter of the School District by requesting to be registered by the District Clerk at [email protected] or 607-334-1600 x5506. 

Registered, qualified voters of the School District may apply for a military ballot by requesting an application from the District Clerk at the phone number or email address listed above. For a military voter to be issued a military ballot, the District Clerk must have received a valid ballot application no later than 5:00 P.M. on May 3, 2021. In a request for a military ballot application or ballot, the military voter may indicate their preference for receiving the application or ballot by mail, facsimile transmission or electronic mail. A list of registered voters is maintained by the district and available for inspection at the District Office upon request.
