Meet & Greet Day
Everyone at Stanford Gibson is excited to welcome students and families back to school in September!  SG will kick the year off with a Meet & Greet Day on Wednesday, September 5, from 1:00-3:00pm.  Students will be able to meet the teachers and see the classrooms!  Please note that the first full day of school for students is Thursday, September 6.
Meet and Greet Day for SG 9-5-18
Families will be receiving a welcome packet which contains a yellow tag; the tag is very important to attach to your child's backpack for the first day of school.  If you find that the drop-off location for your child is blank at that time, please notify us during Meet & Greet Day or call the main office at Stanford Gibson with your child's dismissal information.   (Transportation schedules and related information will be available in the upcoming weeks.)

Mrs. Oliver, Mrs. Wenzel, and the faculty and staff look forward to seeing you in September!

Improving Tomorrow by Learning Today

More than 450 students in pre-kindergarten through second grade attend Stanford Gibson Primary School. There are approximately 40 teachers and 16 support staff who work with your students on a daily basis. Students are taught at their academic and developmental levels. Each child is considered to be unique with different talents, goals and abilities. Our faculty takes pride in the profound impact the work they do has on the lives of our students.

We provide excellent services to all of our students. In addition to academics, students participate in physical education, music and art classes. Instruction includes technology and library services. For students with varying needs, we provide additional reading, speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy and counseling services. Special education settings are available to those students requiring an individual education plan.

Our school has a safe and friendly atmosphere. We encourage parent and community involvement. If you would like to volunteer or attend school events, call us at 607-334-1600 or visit our Welcome Desk at the school. Your support is appreciated!
