On June 5th and 6th NHS At-risk Coordinator Mr. Genung hosted a two-day after school program workshop on how to make a classic Mix-Tape. With the help of some of his Tornado A/V club students, they transformed his classroom into a multi-audio workstation area. During this two-day workshop, students learned the fundamentals of analog tape recording, basic and advanced functionality of cassette recording devices, and effectively how to dub audio tracks from multiple playback sources to cassette. Students walked away with their own personalized Mix-tape and a wealth of new technical knowledge that they can use making their own mix tape at home.
